All Hearts from my Husbands are gone

Hello there! sry when my English is not so good. I have a Problem where my Husband, which i had full hearts with, lost all the hearts. its grey now and i can interact like hugs, etc. but i cant go on a date with him. also in his parents house i cant enter his room. it says im not so close with him. Which doesnt make sense, because he is already living with me and we have 2 kids 😄 i didnt do anything special just logged in normally. i have the probleme since yesterday.
I play on Steam/PC. Game Version: v1.1b-1237

@elfin dawn do you use any mods or cheats or trainers? Basically do you play with only game downloaded from steam or do you have anything else installed?

hello! sry, yea i mean real time with yesterday. hmm i cant remember actually what i did specificly. i just did normal farm work, was in savannah, craft some stuff for making juice, etc. and upgraded the attractions. did some quests but nothing pretty special.

I see 😲 Could you send your Backup Files? It's located in the same folder as your Save File, just inside the Backup folder. To make it easier for you, you can compress the entire Backup folder before sending it here!

heyho! np 😄 tbh i cant really remember what i did. i do a lot of stuff and i just was doing my normally routine. i upgraded the attractions almost all at the same time. i collect everything and upgrade than all in one, so i cant say which i initiated first. i was just normally logging off in the evening and then loggin in the next morning and the problem was there (real time)

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to reproduce the issue on our end, but rest assured, the team is still actively looking into it.

In the meantime, if you'd like to keep playing, we recommend loading your backup save from Fall 9, which appears to be the last point where Luke still had a full heart. To access your Backup, please follow the steps detailed below:

• Go to Settings on the title screen.
• Navigate to Game and set the Show Backup option to Yes.
• Return to the title screen, click Play, and activate Show Backup on the bottom left of the screen.

We know this isn't ideal, and we completely understand how upsetting it is to lose progress—especially when you’ve put so much care into your game. We're really sorry we couldn’t provide an immediate fix just yet 🙏

hey! ty for the update. unfortunatly i wont loading my backup before the issue came up because i played so much till than i would lose so much progress and it will really demotivate me. so i hope that the issue will be found and i will wait till there.

Do you happen to remember the in-game date when you got married to Luke and when you reached all 15 hearts with him? If the exact date doesn’t come to mind, an estimate of the season and year would be perfectly fine

hey there! im really happy to hear that u are still working on the issuse! It is super hard for me to remember the excat moments i achieved the marriage, etc. because i didnt played since the issuse. The Birthdays from the children are also dont show up in game anymore. but i can say that the first child was born in spring, but i dont know if it was in year 2 or year 3. but it has to be one of this years. i also dont know how fast u can get the child after ur marriage but i choose the first option after marriage when it comes up for a child.
so i think, but i can be wrong, that the marriage needs to be in year 2 and maybe around spring/ summer. i think it should be around this time but im not sure. i hope it helps a little bit to solve the problem. i would really appreciate it so i can play again! 🙂

yea ofc sure! yea i interact with him everyday. i spoke with him, gave everyday a present (even when im full with the maximum) and asked to hang out after resets (2 times a week). for a hug or a kiss i didnt asked everyday but over the week 1-2 times.

well.. hey! Since a few months have passed since the last message, I wanted to ask whether there is a solution for the bug by now. Unfortunately, it has been around for several months already.

Hiya there, thank you for reaching back to us! The fix for this issue had been released in version v1.2-1241.

Unfortunately, the fix can’t restore any heart levels that were already lost, since that data isn’t stored in the save file.
However, it will prevent the issue from happening again moving forward. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

You can still raise hearts back up by consistently chatting, gifting, and hanging out with the characters — you’ll be back to 15 hearts before you know it!
