When does the tourist bin fills? I've never seen it filled.

It will be filled by chance and the maximum number of items will depend on your current town rank! The bin will appear as closed once it gets filled with items, so be sure to check on the 1st and 15th of each month 😉

I've never seen it filled. Not on any of my saves even the beta one i had. Should I make a separate report for that or should I just dump some save files here?
I just checked an older file that was on the 15th. The lid of the box is closed but I can't interact with it

it should be save 2 but i'm not completely sure. the date should be spring 15.

Hiya again, we have received similar reports for the first video and our team are currently working on a fix! As for the second video, could you confirm if you were stuck near the tourist bin? Were you finally able to move afterwards? 😲

Sorry, for the second video . I tried waiting until 7 AM finally the tourist bin can interacting But I loaded a new save without interact it at 7 AM, and when I tried at 3 PM, it wouldn't interact. Is that normal?

By any chance, did you already interact with it at any other time of the day?
