Hello all! (In case it's important: Playing on PS5!)
I've gotten Semeru to 8 hearts, got the event, and yet he is not accepting my locket...
They've come up to the land already, so I've completed that guest as well. Am I maybe missing another requirement? I can't find a full list of requirements to romance him.
Any help appreciated!

When attempting to give him the.locket, he says, "Thank you, but I must decline as I still need to understand more about land-dwellers and your world."
