  • I am experiencing a hard-crash of the game (game quits to title screen when you click the ladder/rope) when going from Level 124 to 125 in Savannah Mine on X-Box X.

  • Reproduction Steps I am progressing the fire giant fragment story and trying to get to level 125 of the Savannah Mine and each time I get to level 124 the game quits to title screen with no error messages. I have attempted 10-15 times and tried various methods like using a rope or finding the ladder naturally and I had this issue every time.

  • Repro Rate Every-time, as explained above, I was able to recreate the issue each attempt to progress the story / reach level 125.

  • Game Platform X-Box X

  • Game Version BUILD VERSION (v1.1b-1237)

  • Input Mode Controller

  • Unable to get a video but hopefully I explained the issue well enough. I will recreate the issue if absolutely necessary and try and record on my phone. Sorry if this is an already known issue and feel free to send me any further questions.
