How to report the crashes is pretty confusing. I quit playing 4 months ago bc it crashes every time time I play without fail when I try to go decorate my house. I have a very good PC and even with all the updates it keeps crashing in this specific way 😦 I had 100s of hours in this game

This is why it's been hard to report. The latest date shows 2024, but just today I've gone into it 3 times to try and play, but it doesn't technically crash. Every time without fail, I go into decorate mode to take down my christmas decor and everything works fine, but when I press P for finish, esc or just click finish, the game instantly freezes. I let it sit like that over an hour today trying to get it to close out, but I have to task manager and close out to make it close.
I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, I've moved forward in days and then tried decor mode and it still freezes.
I have 542 hours in this game and I'm so sad I can't play anymore.

Thanks for sharing the details again with us, nickers7z! Just to clarify—when you were decorating (specifically taking down the Christmas decor) and pressed P, which caused the game to freeze, was your House Storage full (99/99) at that time?

My house storage was full every time I did it. I just tried doing it after getting rid of my decor and it didn't freeze when I took it all down! It seems like that was the issue. Thank you for helping me troubleshoot that.
