I keep going to Ben's Caravan and it keeps duplicating the items everytime I go to him instead of adding or replacing them. How do I fix this? Playing on Steam Deck.

I see! Do you remember the in-game date when it first happened? In addition, could you share your Save File here so we can take a closer look into the issue? It is most likely stored in the 'compatdata' directory. The file path is: /home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata.
From there, you will see lots of folder with random number. Coral Island folder should have the code number '1158160'.
Enter that folder, into the pfx folder, then drive_c folder, then follow this path: Users\ <username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames to find your save file!

Hello, since you haven't gotten a save file with this issue yet, here's mine along with a video of what it looks like in practice. In this save Ben's shop has a bunch of duped items (all I'd ever bought from him was a single scarecrow, but I'd looked at his inventory a few times in passing, I'd estimate 3-4 times). Interestingly, I noticed that items that were marked as "new" were not duped, but items I had seen in his shop previously were.
Reproduction Steps: Play the game for an in-game week without reloading or quitting, checking Ben's inventory each weekend.
Repro Rate: 100%
Game Platform: Steam, PC
Game Version: 1.2-1239
Input Mode: Controller
Save: Attached

*Edit: After I restored my save file back to Saturday, the duped items disappeared from his inventory.
**Edit 2: One in-game week later (without quitting the game or reloading a save), and his inventory has duped items again. So it seems like the glitch triggers during a continuous game session when his inventory changes for the week. My guess would be that his inventory from the previous week isn't cleared before adding the current week's inventory.
