#Upgrade to Osmium Quality doesnt work

Reproduction Steps: I went to the Lab and upgraded the trees to osmium quality. Got the message that that would be done in 4 days. Went on with the game. Few days later went to the lab again, saw that the upgrade to osmium was available.!? Thought maybe I forgot and didnt do it. So did it again. It took my money (20k) and the Osmium kelp essence. But nothing happened. The option for the Upgrade is still there and usually it would say that something is in process.

Repro Rate: well I guess two times so far
