Title: Ongoing One Of Us Quest - Requirements left for quest keep changing and I am not able to reach Cho to give any items. She is either in her room and I cannot enter, she is not at the oracle shop front.
Reproduction Steps : Every day it will either show I have submitted kelp / crops with some requirement left, this may change day to day or throughout the day
Repro Rate : Been occuring since I have begun progressing in the Merfolk questline.

I'm pretty sure you don't have to talk to cho to trigger the cutscene. You just need to have the kelp essence and the crops in your inventory. Sometimes, if you have what's required for a quest in your inventory, it disappears from the quest log. The quest log then changes from showing the items required to go to ....
