I was just working on improving my relationship with Wakuu, I was wondering why it took so long before getting another heart before this happened...
However, after going into the relationship menu, it appeared normal.
Repro: This is the first time it has happened to me.

This is just a visual bug, it's been reported a lot, so devs know about it. It doesn't do any harm to your progress.
