i just made my first offering and after getting the goddess blessing and the recycling machine, the alter from where we get things won't go away. I just did my second complete offering too hoping it would go away since it was triggered a second time, but nothing happened.

I think it's not a bug. You can interact with it anytime and it gives you an overview over how many bundles you completed and how many you still need to unlock something.
It if is the devs are gonna need more information like which console and game version you're on
