In my game, I've been attempting to romance Rafael. Got to 10 hearts in the beginning of winter and have gone nearly three full seasons without the 10-heart event. I looked to ensure I had gone through all of the heart events and I have up until 10. Also outdoor decor I've placed some days will not be there and then some load ins later it will be. I'm not sure if it's a bug or if it's just taking a while in my game. Any advice would be appreciated

Do you have the deep forest unlocked? Raf's 10 heart scene takes place there, so it won't trigger until you do.
The decor stuff might have to do with your graphics card. Some stuff doesn't load well, I know the stone paths especially have trouble. Try turning down the graphics settings.
