The city rank is not updating - Steam Pc

I'm playing year three in my city. After completing the Rare Altar, I got enough points and my town rose to rank A.
I received a warning about this on the end-of-day screen, however, the panel in my city continues to indicate rank B.
I feel that this may be affecting my gameplay, preventing the game from running some essential cutscenes so that I can continue working on improvements to the city. I've already played 2 days after the rank up and nothing changed.

• Platform: Steam Pc
• Game version: v1.1b-1237
• Input mode: Keyboard and mouse

@mild yacht not a bug, town rank board will update after a ranking ceremony, you will get a cutscene with a letter from mayor and then on sunny weather go to the community center.
The rank S quest and story takes about a week in game with sunny weather to trigger. And doesn't trigger on winter festival
