#Helpppp won’t load since update

Hi all. I play through Xbox pc gamepass. Since it updated a couple hours ago it won’t load. It gets to 99% and won’t go any further. I’ve tried everything from uninstalling, reinstalling, repairing through the Xbox app, restarting my pc, checking my pc for updates (none), running as administrator. I’m at a loss and realllly don’t want to start over. Can someone help me please? :’)

I can try! I’m not super techy. The processor is AMD athlon silver 7120U with Radeon Graphics 2.40 GHZ, 8.00GB ram. It’s an Acer aspire 3. I keep the graphics on low because it’s not super ideal for gaming lol

Thank you! no worries, I'm gonna check it with the requirement also to see if its a device issue or something else 😮

do you know your graphic card's series too? You should be able to check it by going to the task manager > performance > GPU 😄
oh and if you have 2 graphic cards can you tell me what they are too? 😄

mmm can you check on the top right part of the task manager? across the GPU word, your full graphic card series should be written there 😄

Aaah gotcha I understand!
So AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics is actually an integrated graphic card, but for Coral Island, usually we recommend a dedicated graphic card to run the game🙏

You can try updating your graphics card drivers before launching the game. Hopefully this time it will help solve your issue😭 🙏
