Repeat dialogue after errands/quest completion

Mainly Suki after completing her spring vegetable quest she will keep saying Thank you every other dialogue. Jim will keep repeating his dialogue line he says after you return his picture to him. Thank you for looking into this!
Edit- Anytime I have completed errands for a villager, they keep repeating Thank you dialogue.

Hello, I have similar issue! SS captured Charles' bug after his seasonal tea leaf request, but I also encountered it with Mark after completing his "3 silver ingots" B.O.S. errand. Charles repeated the "Thank you!" line only after inviting him to a hang out (coffee break, if that matters); Mark repeated that line after inviting him and after the hang out (shelter work hang out), and once again after talking to him the next day. In both cases I had 3 hearts with NPCs.

Repro steps:

1. Complete the errand by giving the NPC required quest item.
2. Immediately after that, invite that NPC to hang out.

Sure! Charles thing happened on Winter 12th Year 1, and I'm not entirely sure about Mark, but I think it was around Fall 27-28th Year 1.
