#Letters (read mail) not showing in Notes section

Hi there! PS5 player here. I just bought the game this week and have been playing for hours now, but the one quip I can’t seem to figure out: there’s no way to reread mail once I’ve opened it.

I did my research online and a couple of people stated it was located under the “Notes” tab in the “Journal” section of the menu. However, I noticed even after going to the Notes tab, that the letters are not appearing.

I saw a couple others online say that they were playing the PS5 version as well and they have the same problem. Are you guys aware of this? Are there any plans to fix this?

We've received a similar report before, but just to confirm if this is the same issue, could you share your current in-game date?

If you happen to receive a new letter while playing again, could you also record a clip of when you read it and show your Notes section? A phone-recorded video will work just fine—it would be really helpful for us!
