The 1.2 updates addition of MP is exclusively online play - local co-op/split screen was not able to be developed at same time as main MP launch

Hello!
So right now we’re focused on developing the online multiplayer mode.

We initially hoped to include both online and couch co-op, but working on both at the same time turned out to be too resource-intensive🥹 If we get the chance in the future, we’d love to add a couch co-op mode!🙌
