slime of replication + auto chest + osmium kelp/bar issue

Reproduction Steps: everytime i try to set up an autochest with a slime replication to duplicate osmium bars and osmium kelp (in separate auto chests, the picture attached is just after i removed the autochest but pretend theyre there) and it bugs out and the slime goes to 11 and so you cant really capture any of the duplicates because it keeps going into the slime
Repro Rate: everytime i have tried to automate osmium bar and kelp duplication

• Reproduction Steps when I try to place an auto chest between two replication items it seems they just continue building up in the replicators but nothing is placed in the chest and the number just seems to go up infinitely. (Highest I’ve let it go is 9 before starting over)

Hi, thanks so much for sending in the video! Just to clarify—when you mentioned that "they just continue building up in the replicators," do you mean that the chest keeps automatically redistributing the item back into the Slime of Replication, and you're never able to collect any of the processed items?

Or does the Slime of Replication seem to exceed the maximum number when connected to an auto chest?

It just continues exceeding the standard 2-3 and goes up exponentially (I’ve seen go the highest to 9 before I broke the auto chest to try and fix the issue). I never have the chance to take anything out and if I do break the auto chest it works like normal taking a in game day to release each stock of the item.

Ah, I see! Just to clarify, the maximum number of items that can be processed in a Slime of Replication is 10. If you happen to notice the count going above that, could you please record a video and send it our way? We’d love to take a closer look

Ahh apologies it’s only ever maxed at 3 when I use it regularly so I didn’t know that I’ll try that now thank you!

Thank you I’m a fool! I guess since I’d never seen it go over 3 I assumed it was broken. Once it hit 11 they started going in the chest! Thanks so much for the quick response.

Also glad to see the update today fix the issue where stuff gets left all over the ground if you leave it overnight.

If the powers that be are wanting any feedback I’d love the option to leave auto sort (chest and inventory) turned on even if I leave the game and come back.
