Hello, I have noticed that despite having all 4 categories of produce upgraded fully to osmium, I am still harvesting Bronze and Basic quality everytime I harvest crops, and an alarming amount of silver quality for a supposed 5% chance. I have had my upgrades for quite a long in-game time. Please advise. Thank you so much for your time.

even though you have the upgrade it is still an rng and you will still get the other ranks when harvesting. upgrading is not 100% chance

Except based on the osmium upgrade it is supposed to offer a 55% chance for osmium quality, 45% chance for gold quality, 5% chance for silver quality, and 0% chance for bronze and basic. Which is not what I have been seeing.
I should not be seeing bronze or basic at all.

your still going to get the bronze as a chance. again its all rng
it needs to be changed to actually do that but as far as others have said thats what it does

Not if there is supposed to be a 0% chance. You should not be receiving any of the interior quality, it should eliminate the possibility of those qualities appearing. This particular photo is just a single snapshot. I have been experiencing this issue for over a year and a half of in-game time. With thousands of crops, fruit plants, fruit trees, and animal products during that time.
I am attempting to report this issue according to the methods that Stairway has requested we use.

the devs will need that info to figure out the bug (if it is a bug or not). without the info they cant narrow down the issue

if u can attach the save file as well they can dig in a bit better. its not needed but every bit helps. also note that if ur using mods (not saying u r) but in the event u r then the devs can not help u

Just to clarify—could you tell us about the source of the quality chance you mentioned here? 😮
Did this issue affect Crops, Saplings, or Seedlings that were upgraded to Osmium Quality in the Lab? If possible, could you share a screenshot of your Upgrade Seed menu in Ling's Lab, or a screenshot of your Crops, Saplings, and Seedlings in any inventory? That would be really helpful!
Also, did you happen to use any Fertilizer on the Crops or Trees? Thank you!

This issue is affecting crops, saplings and seedlings. I have included a screenshot of my lab upgrades, as well as the chart that I am referencing from the laboratory upgrade page. I have also have the link here. I did not use fertilizer on anything.
