Reproduction Steps: Try to go on the middle platform, it feels irregular (sometimes blocking, sometimes not, like in the video)
Repro Rate: Everytime, at least seems to be the case ~around the middle of the circle
Platform: Steam on PC
Game Version: 1.1b-1237
Input Mode: Keyboard and Mouse
I didn't reported this issue before, but its been around since 1 or 2 years at this point, from what I remember. Video pretty much describe well for itself!

Could you also share your SaveGames folder in a ZIP file here as well?
You can find it by copy-paste this file path to the File Explorer:
%localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames

I think its the good save, and as you can see on the video, it happens with or without somebody sitting in the middle
Just tried it too on the top and middle left, same things happens
My bad you need the SaveGames folder as the zip, not just the savefile
