10 heart event bug?

I am not sure if that's a bug that's why i am not using a layout.

When i got 10 hearts with Pablo, i wanted to get married as soon as possible(haha) so i bought a ring, and wanted to propose, but i got an info that i need to go thru all heart event but no information was shown in the relationship menu later i found out on internet that there gonna be a 10 heart event soon, so heres the question is it intentional to not inform player in the relationship menu about before getting a mail for a meeting (10 heart cutscene) ? And if so, maybe add an information that there gonna be some Cutscene but with ?? so the player at least know that there's gonna be something?

Yep, you’ll need to see all of his cutscenes before you can propose. Also, if you just reached 10 hearts with Pablo today, you should get the mail for his 10-heart event by tomorrow!
