Shrine entrance blocked / Map lag

Hi,

The shrine somehow does not let me enter if I try to walk directly in (going outside is no problem), but there is just a small opening to the right side, at least if I hit it correctly that is.

Also the map is super hard to move. It is as if it is held back to move-Not even just a lag, it doesn't really move at all.

Both of this problems occur every time I try it. (New save file is from yesterday and today)

And I had it that there are multiple NPCs I can't speak to, even if I haven't spoken to them yet that day. One of the NPCs I have that all the time is Wakuu when he is in the Tavern on Saturday(?) when he stands to the right of the billiard table, even though he doesn't do anything. Now I also had this with multiple NPCs on the Beach etc. Is that a new feature?

I had the same problem with being able to climb up at the tree festival on the right tree stump.

Aside from Wakuu, do you remember which other NPCs you're having trouble with? Thank you 😄

That is rather difficult to say.
I know the problem with Wakuu I also had the last couple of times I played which was probably around December? (Other save file)
And I had it with Raj like 2 days ago, when he was sitting in the beach chair. But with him it was only once at this moment.

I had yesterday multiple other smaller problems with the watering can & sprinklers too. (Watering sound of the sprinklers didn’t turn off, I could not destroy the sprinklers and I was able to fill my watering can inside my house 😂) But those resolved after I restarted the game. (Not being able to destroy the watering cans happened again tough, but a bomb helped)
So maybe my whole save file is kind off broken?

I see 😲 As for the map and shrine issues, could you try to recall what you were doing before the issue happened? And could you confirm if the issue still persist until now?

As this happens every single time I open the map and try to go up the shrine since I started the new save file two days ago, it could be literally anything ^^‘
I played both on Saturday and Sunday multiple hours.

Thank you for your confirmation! May I ask if you have tried to verify the game? You can do it by following these steps:

• Open Steam → Go to Library
• Right-click Coral Island → Select Properties
• Go to Installed Files → Click Verify Integrity of Game Files
• Restart Steam and try launching the game

Let us know if this helps

I Verified the Integrity of the Game Files. The Map got much better to move around. 🙂
But the Problems with the Stairs to the Temple persists.

I see, I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing the issue! Could you confirm if you're using any mod or third party app by any chance? 😮

No I use no mods or any third party apps for Coral Island
