Transfer 1 lagging game?

This is the other issue mentioned in my previous post. I've found that after playing the game for a few hours the Transfer 1 option in chests starts to badly lag the game whenever I use it to pull out the desired amount of an item when stored in a chest, this only happens when pulling items that are inside the chest's inventory and the only way I've found to temporarily fix it is to reload my save file when I notice it's started happening.
