Playing on steam v1.1b-1236, keyboard and mouse
Recieved Resupplying the merfolk kingdom quest and "one of us" quest on the same day, without completing "one of us" before unlocking the underwater farm, can add save file if needed

I am not sure how long I kept playing for after getting the quests, so here is the current save and the oldest backup, hopefully that helps, I can also send screenshots of both quests in my journal as well as my character on the underwater farm still in the diving suit if that would help

We checked with the team and confirmed that this isn’t a bug! We’ve made an adjustment so that after completing "Heal the Ocean" and watching the "Roots Above" cutscene, you can move on to the next quest to unlock the underwater farm—even if you haven’t finished the "One of Us" quest yet approve2
