Mural dialog repeating daily

  I finished town attractions and guardian mural on the same day. Ever since, most NPCs repeat exact same dialog every day, regarding either the mural or the attractions

  Daily since completing those items, more than a season later still happening

  I read the directions, but i still have no clue how to do this, i am old and autistic lol and i wouldn't know how to get it from my steamdeck to my phone anyways
