I just got my pickaxe (osmuim) back and realized all my enchantments were gone at the upgrade alter. Had to start over with them. My bf plays as well and already had a few osmium tools and this did not happen to his tools.
-Updating that his pickaxe also just lost enchantments but his scythe did not.

Hi @muted edge. So sorry this issue happened to you! 🙏

Are you playing on Xbox Series X/S? Also, did your boyfriend lose his enchantment after upgrading the osmium pickaxe, too?

Do you happen to have a screenshot showing the enchantment on your gold pickaxe and then it disappearing after upgrading to osmium? That would really help us look into this! 😮

Hey! Thanks for the reply. I am playing on the S, and my boyfriend plays on the X. He had upgraded his scythe prior, and the bug didn’t happen. Then I upgraded my pickaxe - lost my enchantments. We joked, hoping it wouldn’t happen to him 😂 but then his four days were up on his pickaxe and his were also gone once he picked it up.

Sorry we don’t have any screenshots though 😦 i didn’t think to do that! We haven’t tested the other tools yet but so far it looks like just the pickaxe has this issue.

To add though if it helps - we both had Rare Drop and Extra Drop as enchantments. Both of our Rare Drops were purple, and I believe my Extra was blue and his was purple level.
