Started a new game, saw the pufferfish cutscene, and talked to some townies, but didn't get any pufferfish dialogue either that day or the next. I haven't gone back to check if it still happens if I replay the day(s).

Just to clarify, when you mentioned not getting any pufferfish dialogue, did you mean the dialogue was blank during the cutscene or that the townies didn't mention the event afterwards? Also, do you happen to have any screenshot/video of the issue? Thank you 😄

Thank you! One more thing to confirm, did you already meet most of the townies before the pufferfish cutscene? Or did you only start introductions after the cutscene?
