UE Crash, Crashing after logo appear

Title = Unreal Engine Crash at Stairway/Humble Games/UE Logo
Reproduction Steps = Click Play on Steam after a few logos appear a crash immediately occurs
Repro Rate = Every start the game on steam
Game Platform = Steam
Game Version = v1.1b-1236
Input Mode = Keyboard and mouse
Pc Specs = CPU i7 4510u, GPU Nvidia GT 820m, 8gb ram
Save File = I haven't even been able to play this game after I bought it, so I don't have any save file

If possible, could you share a video of the crash occurring? That would help us understand the issue better.

In the meantime, please try reinstalling the game. Before launching it again, verify the integrity of the game files by going to your Steam Library, right-clicking the game, selecting Properties > Installed Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files.

the black screen after "warning" thing crash appear (in the screen record not recorded the UE crash just a black screen, So I screenshot it instead, Here's the UE crash proof.
(Usually I can only get until the UE logo appear but this reached “warning” thing, little bit progress ).
