Missing animal products (land)

I usually collect animal products every 15th and 28th of the season from my auto collectors. I decided to check them a day before the end of Spring in my game and there's only a couple of kinds of products collected from the 16th to the 27th. My collection on the 15th was ok, everything that should be produced is there. This also happened the season before to my barn animals (missing llama wool, sheep wool, some buffalo milk) but then it was fine on my next collection so I thought it was just a one-off thing.

Hi @rain onyx , apologies for the inconvenience! Can you tell us your current game version? And could you please confirm if these are the animal products that have gone missing on your farm: feather, quail egg, llama wool, sheep wool, and buffalo milk?

Yes, also normal chicken eggs and some duck eggs.

Thank you for the update! To make sure we have all the details, could you let us know which barn/coop is experiencing this issue? Also, could you confirm if that barn/coop was previously affected by the missing auto collector issue? Thanks so much!

The affected coop is the first one I have with the chickens, ducks, quails, and peacocks (I have two others, one with ostriches which are fine and an empty one). The affected barn, although that was on Winter Year 4, was the second one with llamas, luwaks, sheep, and buffalos (I also have two others but they're fine so far too). I've experienced the issue only once so far for the coop and barn.

I see! One more thing to confirm: In the past, many players experienced a bug where the auto collector was lost after redesigning their barn/coop, but this issue has now been fixed. Could you let us know if you were affected by this bug in the two buildings, or if you’ve only recently redesigned your farm buildings and didn’t encounter it? Thanks so much!

I never encountered the issue! For the first barn and coop I had I redesigned them a bit later when I upgraded them I think? It's been so long so I can't remember exactly. But at the time I also didn't have auto collectors yet. As for the succeeding coops and barns, I redesigned them right after they're built 😆
