Location on map is not showing

• Title: Location on map is not showing and some npc is not showing on the map
• Reproduction steps: This happened since newest hotfix update in this year, I started playing since December 2024 and this issue never came up, after the update my location on map often gone, both in town and diving spot. Also some npc is not showing like when sam at beach shack
• Repro rate: At first this happens a lot, about once every 2 or 3 times when I opened the map, now it rarely happens in town map but almost always occurs on diving map
• Game platform: PC
• Game version: v1.1b-1236
• Input mode: Mouse and keyboard
