You don't get the recipe, you just get a sprinkler. You still unlock it through diving skill

They've added new reward system. every time you reach a third of the town rank you'll get to choose a reward - money or kelp/sprinkler etc.

@lethal rover if you chose it that's basically it. Rerolling the day won't help this time. only loading backup and reaching the milestone again (redoing the day again)
