this has been happening to me for a while, but i'm pretty sure it started as soon as i got the merfolk tail (i never got this issue before the tail). tried resetting enter location/moving the anchor, and exiting diving from all sides of the anchor. it also happens regardless of how i enter the ocean (ie from fast travel or from the pier).
Reproduction Steps: exit diving from anywhere using the anchor
Repro Rate: 100% of the time
