I am trying to find a couple of monsters i am missing and saw a post that said one was on level 181 however when i get to 150 the game crashes every time is this a known problem?

Hi @glossy basin I am sorry but I am quite elderly and i don't understand most of what you want to know all I can say is I am on PC and my game is completely updated so the latest version. I was trying to see if it was a known issue or just me all I can think of is to try again to get more detail of the time it happens. Sorry I can't be more helpful for the moment.

Since you mentioned it crashes every time, I assume you've tried multiple times—do you remember how many? And does it only happen when going to level 150? 😮

@Dinda I think it happened at least 5 times maybe more but I went in yesterday and managed to get to level 161 so completed what I needed to do so not sure if there is any need for me to go lower. If this is causing you issues please dont worry too much about it if its only me that has had this problem, I know you all must be so busy. I did have another issue yesterday when I found a map to a hidden treasure and for some reason I could not use the WASD keys to move after collecting the treasure, all that was available was the space bar for movement. so had to wait till I went passed the time limit and it sent me home. I did reload the game after (so the next day) and it seemed to have resolved itself.

When the crash happened, did you see an 'Unreal Engine' popup with a bunch of code, or did the game just stay on a black screen for a long time? 🙂
As for getting stuck with the treasure map, we've received similar reports, and the team is already working on a fix!

@Dinda when the crashes happened there was just a black screen I was in the process of moving down to the next level each time so no message received. Yeah after I posted about being stuck I noticed quite a few saying the same thing. ❤️
