Reproduction Steps: most (in-game) days I have a glitch where the hairstyle appears wrong, where most of the head is bald.
Repro Rate: all the time. very rarely the hair will be normal during a cutscene, but otherwise it's been happening for several (real life) months, accros multiple updates of the game, almost every in-game day.
