How is that a spoiler? There's a log in front of the door you need to go in. Obviously you need to break the log to get past it.

First, explaining this to you is not to trigger you more., so I do it reluctantly but you did ask and so I attempt to offer this as helpful advice.

I felt, the information shared can be defined as a spoiler, as ||the Master Slime entrance is unlike the other animals, and is the only one with a "hidden trick/requirement" to get it open|| and should have been concealed as a spoiler...

I do agree We all take risks by reading any of the information posted in any of the channels here, but be aware there is a chat for spoilers, and the original question should have been posed there. Then, to your point, anyone entering the SPOILER chat, would enter and take their own risk by reading any questions.

However, we also know that people post information perhaps without knowing where it should be posted, And back to the original point it is not up to you or I to police those people and or to provoke with unnecessary attack or shame.

Hopefully you found this informative and helpful and not at all inflammatory. I did my best to provide you with some information on both sides of the coin and hopefully from this you gain a little bit of education.
