#Teleport at diving dock and beach unusable during Winter Fair

**Reproduction Steps: **

  1. Start the day.
  2. Water all crops.
  3. Swim around the sea, collect garbage and kelp, catch ocean critters.
    3.1. What happened in between I don't remember. A reasonable guess would be that I used anchor to exit the sea and teleported to Pablo's since I couldn't be bothered to find a teleport shrine in the middle of nowhere in the sea.
  4. Have Pablo open chests I just got. Pick up watering can from Pablo. Go back home to get gold and collect tree products (and maybe organized my backpack and chests?) and have Pablo further upgrade my watering can (at 2pm sharp if it matters).
  5. Swim around the sea some more, collect garbage and kelp, catch ocean critters.
  6. Use anchor (IIRC) to exit the sea at around 8pm. The teleport shrine(?) at the diving dock works just fine then.
  7. Attend the fair, talked with villagers, checked the clothing and food stalls but didn't buy anything.
  8. Leave the fair at the times shown in the screenshots and find out that the teleport shrine doesn't work anymore.
    **Repro Rate: **Happened on the 17th and the 18th so far. Will see if it happens in the future.
    Update: The 19th too. At 22.10 the one at the diving dock already stops working.

Please LMK if it's a duplicate bug. If it's not then this one is not urgent; the winter fair only lasts for a week and I can just use another shrine anyways. Fix the savannah first. I am trying to keep my offering progress at below 18 bundles and I do not want to keep it this way. FIX. THE. SAVANNAH. FIRST.
Please also LMK if there are any other concerns or if I need to provide anything else.

I had this problem before. At first, i thought it was caused by the winter fair, but the issue grew worse, and i lost access to most fast travel points. Then, one day, after sleeping in my underfarm house, all fast travels suddenly became available again.
