Unable to use tappers

• I can't put tappers on any trees on or off my farm at all.
• It shows that red square when I try, it doesn't matter how the trees are placed or not.
• Xbox Series X

BTW, game version is on the main screen below Exit button. And if you can provide a video that would also help (you can record it on your phone)

Thank you for sending in the video, could you confirm if the problem is only happening with these specific trees? Have you tried putting it on any other tree in your farm? 😲

I don't have any more on my farm right now so I can't really do that for awhile

I don't remember... maybe fall and it's the first week of spring

I see, I'm trying to determine the trees age as it looks young on the video you provided! Could you wait a few more in-game days to see if you can use tappers on them?
