#Crash on Save File Load

Reproduction Steps: Nothing, I boot up the game just fine, I can start a new save just fine (and load the new save just fine), but I cannot load my old save file (nor backups of the save file) that i've been using since the full release.

Repro Rate: 100% of the time since today (I haven't launched the game in a few months)

Input Mode: keyboard and mouse
