Merfolk kingdom showing me off of the map

I woke up in the merfolk kingdom today and opened the map while looking for Denali and it showed me way off into the grey area of the map. I’m on the ps5, before I opened the map I used the find npc on Denali.

It’s also showing me permanently in my house when I’m on land, even if I’m across town

Update; I slept in the farmhouse and the map seems to be working again

Another update… it happens when I save and completely close the game while in the merfolk farm house

Hi @fallen remnant , apologies for the inconvenience! Can you tell us your current game version? Along with that, can you confirm if the issue happens only after you sleep in the underwater house? 😲

I’m not sure how to check the game version… and it seems like it is only with the underwater house because I’ve saved and closed the game plenty of times from the on land farm house

You can find the game version on the bottom left part of your title screen, just below the exit button!

And thank you for your confirmation! When you get a chance to play next time, would you mind recording a quick comparison video of what happens when you sleep in the farmhouse versus the underwater house? That would really help us further investigate the issue

Game version: v1.1b-1232

I opened the game today and was in the land house, the map stayed accurate, I’m going to update when I save and quit + open the game from the underwater house in a minute or two

Confirmed; going to sleep in the merfolk house and then saving+closing the game, and then opening it again causes the map to mess up. Another thing I noticed is the area around the house isn’t black when the bug is activated, it’s sort of light purple-ish

Thank you for testing it out! To clarify, does the issue happen when you use the Locate NPC feature or does it happen soon after you open the map? 😲
