Right after I was finishing up reeling in a fish, which had it's own bug that I reported, my UI and game sounds disappeared. My health/stamina bars, date/time and bag bars were all gone. There was no sounds or music playing either. I fast traveled to my house and about a minute later my UI came back, but not the sounds or music. I play on the PC Xbox app.

To confirm, can you re-check your game version? You can find it on the bottom left part of your title screen, just below the exit button!
