Hello! I left my pickaxe at the blacksmith to upgrade it osmium level when I got there to pick it up there was no option for me to pick up my pickaxe it was not there. I already looked in all the chests and it's not anywhere. Can you help me get my pickaxe back?

Did you get a notification saying it was ready? Osmium takes an additional day iirc
otherwise, you can go up to your bed in the house and recover missing tools that way

Yes I did. When I look up missing tools the only things that comes up is my Watering Can.
