Oh I also have this same problem with yellowfin tuna, but I think I missed it bcs I forget that Snow weather is also applicable. I’m not sure that it mirror real-world weather though

I don't know which wiki you've read that off, but either way I don't think it's referring to the actual real-world weather wherever you are at the moment. It may be referring to the seasonal weather of Indonesia - where Coral Island is set - but they're not typically getting snow on islands down there.
