Am I able to transfer my current world from the multiplayer beta into the final version? I'd like to keep the world once the beta closes.

No, all progress made in beta stays in beta and will not transfer over to live. Neither after beta closes nor after MP releases eventually.
Beta is separate for a reason, which is for clean testing purposes and if you transfer your file - you will corrupt it and not be able to get support from devs.
Better not get attached to beta progress
