#new events are all locked

All of my new events have recently became all locked. I can not get any of them to trigger.
I have tried restarting the game several times. Still locked. The last event that worked was, I delivered the 6 heart missing letter fragments to Zarah while she was fishing by her boat and she said oh I know , after I gave her the items and ran into her boat.
I have not had any crashes or major problems before I am in year 4 Summer and at town rank S . I have one Last quest to complete -- Merfolk Chaperone part 3 In a few days as soon as Summer 22 arrives in game.
I have 37 new events still unseen that should be available to me but none of them will activate, and when I click on them in the relationship tab it shows a lock on each one of them now for some reason.
Please help-- and if there is anything I can do to fix this please advise.

@cosmic valve Please provide your game platform, game version, video of you not being able to trigger certain event and if you're on steam - save file and backups. All instructions are here - #1222877204233584722 message

I do not know how to take a video of it not happening, sorry I am just a grandma who loves to spend relaxing time on computer easy style games.

I probably have accidentally hit a button or done something to cause this but now I do not know how to fix it. Sorry to bother you, I know your time is valuable. Thanks in advance for your help.
