Errands & Quests are not giving me the hearts. | Stairway Games | Page 1

I did the starter quest for Joko & Dinda, which should have given me a heart for the both of them. I didn't notice until I did Rafael's 3 mackerel errand that I was not receiving the hearts.
This has only happened twice, in my single playthrough.

Did it again in another save file, the problem continues.
