So I completed a offering, and I got to the first cutscene with the goddess (or I think it was) where the shrine turned into a reddish color, and when I slept and got the cutscene of the new unlocked area this appeared and I'm stuck like this. I don't know if it saved or not.

When this happened to me i had to Alt+F4, but the game had saved (luckily), so restarting the client took me to the next day. Hope the same has happened here for you! When the same cutscene appeared i quickly pressed and hold the F-key to skip the scene.
