coarse vale
So I'm stuck here. I found one activator, but not the other. I have cleared out all the garbage from the area, and all the garbage on nearby areas. Is there somewhere else I should be looking? I tried swimming slowly to listen and to see if it was just hidden behind something on the map, but alas, no luck. Did anyone else have issues here?
