i've to deliver 5 reg basil. i only have 2 regular and 3 bronze quality basil but there's no complete quest option when i gave it to quest giver ?

You can always give higher quality than what is requested. You just can't give lower.

Right, because you need 5 of the same quality. You have two regular quality and 3 bronze quality. Throw your regular ones into the slime and bring them up so they're all bronze, and you can hand them in
although if you only have one day left, you might not have time
