Is multiplayer out to the public yet?

I played coral island before the lake spirit was fully incorporated and I loved it so much. I knew that I would get burnt out if I continued to play it so I’ve been waiting for multiplayer to play with my partner. I know that there were multiplayer testing but is it part of the game now?
