After upgrading underwater produce for the first time and then waiting the two days, further upgrades are locked, as all upgrades have been auto-applied(?).
The bottom section displays only "seaweed" in the description.
The issues persist through reloading, and have persisted throughout 5+ in-game days.
Bug is simular to other reports seen here.

Hi @humble hawk , thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! Could you tell us what you were upgrading before the issue happened? In addition, if you're able to replicate the locked issue could you record a video and send it here so we can take a closer look?

I had the same issues and figured out what may be causing it.
Reproduction Steps: Using the controller, go to setup Seed upgrades of a certain level. Once in the menu to select produce, after going to the top menu and back down, the controller cursor appears to have some trouble staying only in the inventory window, and can end up changing the upgrade being applied.
I upgraded Bronze Seeds fine, but when I tried to upgrade to Silver, I ended up somehow upgrading my Seaweed to Silver despite having no underwater animals yet. Second bronze seed attempt upgraded my Seaweed to Gold.
Video in next post will show trying to do the Silver Seed upgrade again, but ending up with Gold Seeds instead and skipping a step.
