I was playing a new save (still in Spring Year 1) and had managed to get Mark to four hearts but had not yet seen the three heart event. On Day 19 it was raining and I saw the the notification that I could see Mark's three Heart event so I mined for the whole day until 6:00 pm in-game time so I could see his three heart event. But when playing the heart event everything else seemed fine and the only problem was the dialogue choices didn't show up and there was only question marks (as shown in the photo). I tried reloading the save and it was still the same. I also tried reloading the save and waiting until the next day to trigger it but no dialogue choices would show except the very last one (the one where you ask what if they bite? / what if they have fleas?)
So far the game has been completely fine aside from this, his four heart event was also fine. I didn't manage to get a video of it sadly so the photo is the only evidence I can show of it. It's not a big deal, just wanted to give you guys a heads up on it anyways.
I play the game on PC in Steam, and I am currently playing on the current steam game version. I am also mainly using an xbox controller to play the game on pc.
